At Oasis Academy John Williams, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the core Mathematics curriculum; but more than that, you’ll spark curiosity, build confidence, and make Maths meaningful. You'll lead engaging, high-impact lessons that embed key knowledge and develop problem-solving skills, while using thoughtful assessment and feedback to drive progress and unlock every student’s potential.
The right candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification
- Relevant specialist qualifications and experience (e.g BSc in Mathematics or related degree)
- Ability to deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons covering a range of modules and concepts
- A good understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements for Mathematics
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to ensure all learners progress and achieve to a high standard in preparation for examinations

- Is an excellent classroom practitioner, committed to inclusive and engaging teaching
- Works well as part of a collaborative faculty team
