We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Behaviour and SEMH Leader to join our team as a Senior Pastoral Manager leading our Internal Exclusion room. Inclusion is at the heart of our work at Oasis Academy Don Valley. We work hard to support our students so that they can fully access their education.

Oasis Academy Don Valley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High-performing and continuously improving, we are located in our state-of-the-art building, a two-minute walk from The Olympic Legacy Park and the English Institute of Sport.

The Manager will oversee the learning and provides mentoring, guidance and support to individual students. They work under the direction of the Head of Inclusion and the alternative provision leader. Mainstream teachers contribute to the teaching in the Reflection Room. The room manager will review students’ progress on a daily basis and liaise with key staff, parents and other professionals accordingly.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children in the Sheffield area.

If you wish to grow professionally, join us in developing an outstanding Academy.
