Oasis Community Learning is seeking a is seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Regional Finance Manager. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing talent and recognising excellence within our team.
As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you’ll lead financial strategy and operations across a cluster of academies covering Lincolnshire, Sheffield and Bradford (North East), ensuring long-term sustainability, compliance, and best value. You’ll work closely with Academy Principals, Regional Directors, and finance teams to shape budgets, unlock funding opportunities, and drive innovative cost-saving strategies.

While our finance team is based at Oasis Academy Wintringham in Grimsby, we also have academies in Bradford and Sheffield, which could serve as your home base. We’re committed to flexibility and supporting the right candidate wherever they’re located within our cluster.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial planning and budget management across multiple academies
- Maximise grant funding and income generation opportunities
- Ensure compliance with group policies and financial regulations
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders and budget holders
- Oversee internal audits and due diligence for new academies
- Manage and mentor finance staff across the cluster
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified finance professional (CIPFA, ACCA, ACA)
- Proven experience in financial monitoring and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
