As part of your development you'll be ably supported with excellent training and professional development opportunities to progress your career & develop your expertise. We believe we offer opportunities that others don't have.

Ultimately, we hope you'll want this role as you will make a real difference to our students lives.

About Short Heath Academy

You’ll be joining an Academy where relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We do not have a large turnover of staff at Oasis Academy Short Heath and this is a reflection of this. We're very proud of our students who are always central to every decision we make. We strive to provide opportunities for our families to work in partnership with us and run a variety of events throughout the year.

"Pupils work together very well in lessons. They display very positive attitudes to their learning and the subjects they study." Ofsted 2024.

We have great facilities at Short Heath including our own allotments, a polytunnel and Forest School. We'd encourage you to come across and have a look and details for this are further below!
