This role plays a vital part in supporting our students’ wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and personal development, while working closely with families, form tutors, and wider support teams. It is an important position within our pastoral structure and one that offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on students’ experience and outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
• Provide strong pastoral leadership for a year group
• Promote high expectations around behaviour, attendance, and engagement
• Support students’ personal development and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with form tutors, teaching staff, and external agencies
• Contribute to safeguarding, inclusion, and wider school priorities
