Lunchtime Supervisor
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Oasis Academy Short Heath You will play a vital role in ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, inclusive, and positive lunchtime experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Encourage respectful behaviour and inclusive play.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and play areas.
- Report any concerns to the Senior Meal Supervisor or relevant staff.
- Uphold the Academy’s Positive Behaviour Policy.
