Oasis Academy Warndon is looking for a caring, enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and help create a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime environment for our pupils.

About the Role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:

  • Support pupils during lunch, encouraging positive behaviour and good manners.
  • Supervise play and activities in line with our OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) approach, ensuring children enjoy high-quality play experiences every day.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
  • Work closely with other supervisors and staff to promote our school values and wellbeing.
