We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and caring Level 2
Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team at a school where every child

role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that every pupil is included,
nurtured, and encouraged to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting
pupils with their learning across the curriculum
·
Delivering
small-group and one-to-one interventions, particularly for children with SEND,
EAL, or additional needs
·
Promoting
independence and positive behaviour
·
Preparing
engaging resources and supporting lesson delivery
·
Monitoring
progress and contributing to classroom planning
·
Building
positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
·
Being
an advocate for every child’s well-being and success
What We’re Looking For:
·
Level
2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
·
GCSEs
(or equivalent) in English and Maths
·
Experience
of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
·
A
caring, patient, and proactive attitude
·
Strong
knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
·
Additional
training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid
(desirable)
·
Confidence
in using digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
·
The
ability to support learning across a range of subjects
