About our HR Shared Service/People Desk Administrator
Do you have some HR expertise and a desire to help? Then this is what we are looking for. You may have expertise in HR and looking for a new challenge with room to grow (2 of our recent hires have progressed into advisor level roles) or a strong background in customer service with qualifications in HR and looking for somewhere to utilise this. You'll want to solve problems and be pro-active in doing this (rather than just passing to someone else) ; however you'll also recognise when further subject matter expertise maybe required and seek out when needed.
You'll work as part of a team answering frontline HR/people queries. You'll be someone who is good at prioritising workload & who values the importance of keeping your customers informed. Dealing with queries from policies, processes and systems and supporting across the whole employee lifecycle. Hopefully this gives you a bit of a flavour but more details can be found in the JD attached.
The role is due to current incumbent covering a maternity leave and is initially advertised as an 8 month FTC.

Recruitment timeline
Position is open until 1st February. The process will then be 2 staged. An initial call with Hiring Managers will take place week beginning 9th February & face to face interviews will be on Thursday 19th February.
