We're looking for someone who loves a HR project. You'll enjoy gathering an understanding of what is needed. You'll like the challenge of identifying, communicating and leading on how we'll transition data from (in this instance) Itrent to Microsoft Dynamics and want to review and redesign processes to improve efficiency and system performance. About our HR Implementation Systems Manager Role:
Combining HR systems knowledge & Project Management skills you'll be the key representative for us (the People & Culture team) in ensuring that the implemented version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 meets current and future functional requirements. Initially you participate in workshops with our Microsoft partner Delaware & ensure system designs align with our (People & culture) requirements. You'll also lead the co-ordination of our internal HR subject-matter experts (SME's), ensuring their input is captured, organised and aligned to project timelines.
Key features of the role will then be:
- Lead the successful planning and cleaning of HR data to ensure it is ready for migration by our IT team
- Payroll & pension integration (seemless interface between Dynamics 365 & Itrent)
- Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during implementation and ensure other relevant P&C teams are involved
- Create user guides covering core areas/processes
- Be the key interface between IT & external partners to ensure project success
- Design & streamline HR system processes
- Co-ordinate P&C SME's to ensure workstreams stay on track
- Ultimately ensure P&C team are prepared for the transition and feel supported throughout
About you
We're looking for someone with prior experience in HR integration/Implementation projects. In an ideal world you'll have proven PM experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR implementation; however we'd be interested to understand other HR Integration systems also. If you have Itrent integration expertise again please tell us!
