The Role
No two days are ever the same, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity. You will:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task
- Adapt quickly to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with staff to support continuity of learning
What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus a Level 3 qualification
- Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident communication style
- The ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience
- Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to professional development
- Ideally, experience in a care, education, or pastoral role
- Above all, reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
