We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our
team and help us keep our Academy spotless, welcoming, and ready for success
every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Clean
classrooms, corridors, toilets, changing rooms, offices, and communal
areas to a high standard.
- Respond
promptly to urgent cleaning requests and carry out emergency cleaning when
required.
- Follow
health and safety regulations and infection control procedures.
- Operate
cleaning equipment safely and store materials securely.
- Assist
with deep cleaning during school holiday periods.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good
organisational and communication skills.
- Physically
fit for tasks involving lifting and standing.
- Commitment
to safeguarding and maintaining professional boundaries with children.
Desirable:
- Previous
cleaning experience, ideally in a school or similar setting.
- Knowledge
of Health & Safety practices.
