We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Cleaning Operative to help us maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff and visitors. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our academy remains a place where children can thrive and learn without barriers.
What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning Operative, you will:
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the academy.
- Take responsibility for cleaning your designated areas to consistently high standards.
- Use your initiative to carry out additional cleaning tasks when needed.
- Report cleaning stock requirements to the Facilities Manager.
- Follow all Health & Safety and quality procedures.
- Work effectively as part of our friendly cleaning team and support colleagues to meet shared goals.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure cleaning routines run smoothly alongside school events.
This is a fantastic role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a real difference behind the scenes.
