We are looking for an enthusiastic and inclusive teacher with a passion for working with children at their earliest developmental level.

The role and what we are looking for

We have an exciting and rare opportunity for class teacher to join the specialist resource base in our Academy due to an expansion that is due to open in September 2025. This is a really exciting time to join our Academy as we continue on our journey to embed and develop our academic and pastoral curriculum. 

We need you to

  • Be an excellent classroom teacher with uncompromisingly high expectations
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a large and flexible team, including managing and working alongside a multi-agency team
  • Have experience in building strong relationships with families to meet the complex needs of individual children
  • Be committed to helping every child reach their potential no matter what their starting point.
  • Be committed to your own professional development and have up to date knowledge of pedagogy and curriculum

Our Academy

Oasis Academy Long Cross is a very special and exciting place to be. We are a two-form entry school, with a large Early Years Foundation Stage and an expanding specialist resource base.
