Careers and Enrichment Leader
To oversee, monitor, analyse and strategically plan the development of enrichment programmes to ensure students have access to a wide range of opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. To support the academy plan for careers and enrichment in all year groups
2. To support the work of the Academy leadership team in the development and implementation of careers and enrichment activities.
3. To oversee work experience placements for students.
4. To liaise with universities to support widening participation activities
5. To contribute to the promotion of the general progress and well-being of students and staff within the Academy
