The key focus for this role for the next academic year is Assessment, Data and Standards. We are at an exciting time in our development and we are looking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our team in September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Assistant Headteacher seeking a new challenge or a successful middle leader looking for the next step.
What will you bring:

- A passion for education seeking high-quality outcomes for students
- Qualified Teacher Status and a proven track record of leadership success and achievement at middle-management level or higher
- Key, up-to-date knowledge of curriculum/assessment requirements and developments across the whole school
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills with both staff and students
- Effective provision of teaching, learning and assessment strategies
- The ability to utilise data to monitor and sustain whole-school attainment and progress
