We’re looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to lead the delivery, development and continuous improvement of the Oasis Apprenticeship Offer. You’ll be the central point of coordination between apprentices, line managers and training providers, ensuring every apprentice has a positive, inclusive and high-quality learning experience.
You’ll also be joining us as Oasis Community Learning, where we exist to build stronger communities where there is no one left out. Our central staff are critical in helping to enable the work done in our schools and communities.

About our Apprenticeship Manager
You’ll manage the complete apprenticeship journey, from onboarding and progress monitoring to reviewing provider quality and overseeing the Digital Apprenticeship Service. You’ll be a people person as you’ll get to work with managers, providers and apprentices. You’ll have a love for early careers and want to help us on our journey to ensure our programmes are as good as they can be and ultimately our apprentices get the start in their careers that best support them for the future.
About You
You’ll ideally bring:
Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes
Experience working with or managing apprenticeship providers or suppliers
Confidence working with data and systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence at all levels
A proactive, relationship driven approach

What Will You Get in Return?
Pay Scale: SP22 (£33,699) to SP26 (£37,280) FTE.
Pro rata for 18.5 hours (2.5 days) £16,849.50 to £18,640.00

LPGS Pension Scheme. This is a defined benefit scheme where a circa 20% contribution a year goes into a pension scheme, with significantly higher employer contributions than in most workforce pensions.
