About the Role
Oasis Academy Warndon is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable After School Club Assistant to join our supportive team. You will help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for pupils at the end of the school day.
Key Responsibilities
Support the running of our After School Club, ensuring all children feel welcome and included.
Lead or assist with activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and homework support.
Supervise pupils at all times, promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding their wellbeing.
Help set up and tidy away activities and resources.
Work collaboratively with other staff to deliver high-quality provision.

Is caring, patient, and able to support a variety of needs.
Is organised, proactive, and able to create engaging activities.
Has relevant teaching assistant qualifications.
