In this role, you will:

• Plan, teach and assess lessons to a high standard
• Monitor and report on pupil achievement and progress
• Support students in preparing for KS1/KS2 assessments
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to secure coordinated curriculum outcomes 
• Engage in ongoing professional development, appraisal and training 
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
• Contribute to the safeguarding, well-being and personal development of pupils

We are seeking a teacher who:

• Is passionate about teaching and learning within KS1/KS2
• Can plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with academy curriculum plans 
• Has high aspirations for all learners and is committed to ensuring excellent progress for every child
• Creates a safe, positive and inspiring classroom environment
• Builds strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and promotes good order and discipline 
• Is a team player who contributes to wider curriculum development and academy life 
• Has a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
