At Oasis Academy MediaCityUK, we’re looking for an Assistant Curriculum Leader of Science; a dynamic and dedicated educator ready to ignite curiosity, raise aspirations, and drive excellence, innovation, and ambition across one of the most exciting Science departments in the North West.
As Assistant Curriculum Leader of Science, you will:
• Lead and Innovate: Support the Curriculum Leader in shaping an engaging, research-led Science curriculum that raises attainment and sparks curiosity.
• Drive Quality: Monitor and develop teaching and learning to ensure every lesson is exceptional.
• Empower Staff: Coach and mentor colleagues, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Champion Inclusion: Use data-driven strategies to close gaps and ensure all students thrive.
• Extend Learning Beyond the Classroom: Contribute to enrichment activities and STEM initiatives that inspire future scientists.
