The Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the academy’s non-teaching operations.
You will oversee the operational running of the Academy acting as Line Manager of the Academy’s Administration Team (which shall include Administrators and the Attendance and Administration officer) and as an interface for the Academy with the nationally led IT, Finance, People, Marketing & Communications and Property & Estates Directorates.
You’ll work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to support strategic planning and ensure the academy operates effectively and sustainably.

Proven experience in operations, facilities, or business management (preferably in an educational setting) or a willingness to learn
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
