Are you a master of organisation, a strategic thinker, and a natural communicator?

Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments where no two days are the same? Oasis Community Learning is looking for someone just like you to be the driving force behind our senior leadership team.

As the strategic right hand to a dynamic Regional Director and the wider executive team, overseeing secondary education across Oasis Academy Lister Park, Oasis Academy Wintringham and Oasis Academy Immingham. If you love solving problems before they arise, excel at bringing order to complexity, and are ready to make a real impact—this is your moment.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity to make a lasting impact in a role that blends executive support, project coordination, and strategic influence.

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, mission-driven team transforming education across the North East. You’ll manage the executive teams’ schedules, communications, and priorities with precision, while representing them with professionalism and confidence across the Oasis network and beyond.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just keep up, they stay ahead.

What makes this role a perfect match?

  • Strategic Exposure: Work directly with a Regional Director, gaining insight into leadership across multiple academies.
  • Career Growth: Build high-level skills in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and executive support.
  • Purpose-Driven Work: Help shape education in the North East and make a real impact on young lives.
  • Supportive Culture: Join a values-led organisation with a collaborative, inclusive ethos.
  • Professional Perks: National pay scale, flexible working, travel opportunities, and tailored development.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Regional Director and executive teams trusted partner - managing their diary, inbox, travel, and meetings
  • Act as a gatekeeper and ambassador, handling sensitive communications with tact and clarity
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects using recognised methodologies
  • Organise high-level meetings, events, and committee servicing with flawless execution
  • Maintain systems, registers, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training across the regional team
  • Monitor budgets, process expenses, and manage financial documentation
  • Provide executive-level support with discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in executive support
  • Strong command of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Experience in the education sector (ideal but not essential)
  • Exceptional communication, judgement, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Emotional resilience, discretion, and a collaborative spirit

Why Oasis?

Oasis Community Learning is a family of academies committed to transforming lives and communities. As EA, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of secondary education across the North East.
